When you sign up for service with EMS safeTcare, your Life Safety Consultant will help you customize your medical alert services to your needs. We will create a personal profile that includes: your medical history, medications, your physicians, family members and friends, preferred hospital, and local emergency services. Motion Detection, our systems come with motion detection features which alert us if you have not moved for a period of time, default setting is 18 hours, if no movement is detected a safeTcare team member will contact you, your family or request a Welfare Check by the Police if we are unable to contact anyone.
